Call 0307 444 3345 or WhatsApp 0307 444 3350, Monday to Saturday. Have ready:

Model number and serial number — both on the rating plate, usually inside the door or on the back panel
Your invoice number and purchase date
A description of the fault, with a photo or video if you can
Before you call — three things worth checking
Not cooling? Check the thermostat has not been knocked to its lowest setting, and that the door seal is closing cleanly all the way round. A gap anywhere on the gasket will stop a cabinet holding temperature.
Noisy? An unlevelled cabinet vibrates against the floor. Adjust the feet until it sits without rocking.
Water pooling inside? The defrost drain outlet is blocked. Clear it and the water will run off again.
Moving an appliance

Carry refrigerators and freezers upright. If a unit has travelled on its side, stand it upright and leave it for at least six hours before switching it on, so the compressor oil settles. Switching on too early is the most common avoidable failure we see.

Genuine parts are stocked at the Okara factory and supplied through authorised service points. Non-genuine parts void the remaining warranty.
