Delivery & Installation

We deliver across Pakistan. Large appliances move by road freight, small appliances by courier.

Timing

Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. Major cities are typically reached within three to five working days; smaller towns take longer, since a refrigerator cannot travel by the same network a parcel does. You will be called to agree a delivery window before the vehicle leaves.

Check it at the door

Inspect the carton and the appliance before you sign. If there is transit damage — a dented panel, a cracked glass door, a torn carton — note it with the delivery team and call us the same day on 0307 444 3345. Damage reported after the vehicle has gone is much harder to resolve.

Getting it inside

Delivery is to your door. Carrying an appliance up stairs or through a tight entrance is not included and needs to be arranged in advance. Measure your doorway against the dimensions on the product page first — every model lists exact width, depth and height in millimetres.

Before switching on

Stand refrigerators and freezers upright for at least six hours after delivery before connecting them. This lets the compressor oil settle. Place the unit level, with clearance behind and above it for air to move.

Installation

Refrigerators, freezers, air coolers and small appliances need no installation beyond placing and levelling.

Gas and electric geysers must be installed by a qualified technician. Gas connections and electrical supply must meet local requirements. Contact us and we will direct you to the nearest authorised service point. A geyser installed by an unqualified person is not covered by warranty.

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Prepaid orders receive upto 4% off.
